Day 3 Tilmouth Well

After spending the night on the train we thought that it would be smart to find accommodation rather than setting up the camp. We drove from Alice Springs on the Tanami Road to Tilmouth Well.

The Donga at Tilmouth Well was basic but clean and comfortable , unfortunately the walls were so thin I could hear Phil and Jill (fellow travelers we meet that day)  breathing in the next room the walls were so thin .

The beginning of the dirt road through the Tanami desert.

Getting prepared for the dirt roads, adjusting tyre pressure

We were pleased to see these wild camels  ( they weren't as happy to see us )
Dinner at the Tilmouth Well was delicious , unfortunately the sushi that I had  for lunch not so delicious or fresh, which was confirmed at 4 am when I had to make a dash for the amenties block  :(
